A bicoastal artist and designer originally from Chicago, Steve Nishimoto has married his work experience as a designer to his formal training as an illustrator and his love of photography to create a personal style, melding fine art and design informed by his interest in graffiti, skateboarding and underground art. Having worked as a staff designer for Zoo York, and for clients ranging from 2K by Gingham to Burton Snowboards and MTV Networks, Nishimoto keeps his work close to his interests, and most importantly, his heart.
