Purveyors of fine custom-lettered hoodies and other merchandise, Neighborhoodies has added music to their mix with Amp Camp, an online music emporium reminscent of InSound.
With an obvious flair for indie releases (the site is linked from every new release review on indie-bible Pitchfork) and a hilarious set of icons used to characterize each release (to indicate a given title's degree of cheesiness, party-startingness, and even whether it'd serve as a good soundtrack to a random gay hookup at a truckstop!) Amp Camp may breat some much needed life into that once-vaunted item, the CD. Remember those?
