Cooler Than Cool Designers Pick Their Favorite Tee Shirts

As part of his ongoing "The Best Shit" series of list-features on Honeyee, design guru Paul Mittleman has recently added party 1 of a series on the oh-so ubiquitous tee shirt.

Featuring favorites from the collections of characters ranging from Japanese hipster fashion line Neighborhood, Los Angeles style outposts Stussy, Union, and Supreme, heavy metal illustrator Pushead, and Japan's W(taps), Mittleman shines a light into the styles worn by some of the most influential names in the street style universe.

Ranging from vintage motorcycle shop logo tees to limited run tour shirts and pop-culture referencing styles, it's an interesting display of relatively minimalist sensibilities in this age of loud colors and all-over printing.

The tee shirt is a style basic and it's apparent that these folks like to keep 'em simple, no matter what the more flamboyant folks out there put on.
