Celebrated art and new media space ICA is bringing the by-now ubiquitous phenomenon of internet viral video into the rarified world of one of London's most progressive arts institutions, if only for a week.

Entitled Outrageous and Contagious, the show serves as a launch event for the viral "Oscars" and represents a collaboration between the ICA and Ideasfactory, Bore Me, Ralph, and Hot Cherry.

In addition, ICA is hosting a summit on viral emails on Friday May 5th from 9:30 am-12:30 pm in their digital studio. Participants are invited to exchange ideas, perspectives and questions with some of the leaders of this emergent form of entertainment and advertising.
