Rolling Stone founder Jann S Wenner is currently in negotiations to license the Rolling Stone name to a $500 Million hotel and casino development in Las Vegas. As the NY Observer reports, Las Vegas is of course the place where RS correspondent Hunter S. Thompson announced the defeat of the counterculture back in 1971. Like Dylan said, "Times, they are a'changing."
